Steps

In a mixing bowl, add flour and fenugreek leaves and spinach leaves.

Add all the spices except carom seeds. Add sesame seeds.

Add curd and coriander leaves and ginger chilli paste.

Add ginger chilli paste and mix well. Add oil and required amount of water to knead the dough.

Add carom seeds and knead well.

Make small pedas and roll them on chakla.
- 7
Cook one side of the thepla on tawa. Turn the side and spread oil. Shallow fry both the sides. Cook other theplas as above.

Our Hariyali Thepla is ready. Serve them with your favourite pickle and butter. Enjoy this delicious Thepla with hot tea!!
