Heat oil and put onions, zeera, black pepper sabut, and cook till golden

Add ginger garlic paste, than add haldi, dhania and red chilli powder with little water.After few mins add gosht and fry well.

Add chopped tomatoes and I green chilli fry for few sec than add enough water to tender meat nearly a glass.

Cut Louki in thick chunks, boil 2 glasses water, when boil comes add Louki and boil for just a few minutes and take out. This gives a good taste to Louki.

Check the mutton,mix well, jab mutton gal jae achi tarha bhun lein, oil uper ajae ga phir Louki dal ke aur green chillies kay sath phir bhun lein achi tarha. Ab garam pani add karee jitna shorba rakhna ho us ke mutabiq. Cook karen low flame pe jab take Louki gal jae, add Dhania and some lemon juice when ready

Serve with chapati or boiled rice.
