First we make the white sauce Take butter in a pan add maida. Cook till it turns pinkesh.Now add milk and keep stirring add grated cheese and stir it well add a pinch of salt and turmeric and let it get thick.Keep it aside to cool

In a big mixing bowl take chopped tomato, Onion, garlic Coriander, spring onions add olive oil, jalepenos and Salt as per taste Lemon juice and mix it well Add 1 teaspoon tomato Ketchup Mix it well and keep it aside

To make the Guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork and make it chunky or smooth as you prefer. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste test and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed

Now all you need is to do the plating and baking. Spread the nachos in a baking dish and top it with cheese sauce and some bell peppers, spring onions and jalepeno and sprinkle some grated cheese and mozarella cheese on top and bake it for 5 to 10 mins in an oven. After removing it from oven top it with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Alternatively you can also just serve the nacho chips with the salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese sauce as dips....no baking. It still tastes super delicious.
