Steps

Take 3 kg carrots (peeled & grated).
Take a pot to add clarified butter, cinnamon stick, bay leaf & green cardamom. Fry it till aroma start comes. - 2
In a pot, add carrots and cook on low flame till carrot becomes soft.

Then add sugar and milk powder. Mix well & cook on low flame till it left the water.

Now turn on high flame. Keep on stirring and continue to cook till the water gets dry.

Add Cardamom Powder and give a good mix.

Garnish with khoya or with desire dry fruits.
Gajar halwa is ready.
