In a pan heat oil add potatoes and fry 4-5mins next add onion and fry very well add chilli powder and salt and Cook for 6-8mins and switch off the flame. and keep aside.

Make a soft dough with wheat flour, by adding 4 spoon oil and water. Then let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now from the dough take out one ball. Roll it with a rolling pin. Make it thin Chapati.Then heat the tawa in medium flame add oil and fry both the sides of Chapati. Remove it from the tawa.

Then apply tomato sauce on Chapati and add cheese on potato fry masala.as l shown in picture)

Then roll it and serve.. enjoy!
