I have made this before and used either the seeds of a jalapeño or half a habanero to bring the heat.

I have made this before and used either the seeds of a jalapeño or half a habanero to bring the heat.
Steps

Add all veggies to a food processor and pulse until minced
- 2
Add sugar, salt and vinegar and bring to a slow boil for about 10 minutes
- 3
Add the pectin and simmer for an additional couple minutes
- 4
Remove from heat and cool slightly for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add to a canning jar or your preference and store in the fridge.
