I also use up part of celeriac that I have and play with the asian flavour. This is a really nice seasoning with sweet, salty sauce. Another yummy side dish to try.

Ingredients

  • 1/4celeriac, cut into small match stick size
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tspmaple syrup
  • 1 tspsoysauce
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1 tspsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your cut up celeriac with all of the seasoning, mix them well and bake it on 180c for 15 min.

    You can serve as side dish or top up on salad.
