Frist beat the egg white and keeps it aside. Put dry ingredients(maida,baking powder,baking soda,powdered sugar) into the egg white mixture.

And mix it all,add oil and milk,rosemilk essence and blend it with ladder.

Add the cake mixture into the heart shaped tin and bake it for 50mins.

And then cake is ready,I split the into 2 batches and I get 2 heart cake.

And brush with sugar syrup on top of the cake.

Take fresh cream and add powdered sugar and beat it with blender.and apply it in between 2 layer cake.

And apply it full cake. And freeze it with 1 hour.

In remaining cream split it with 2 bowl and add rosemilk essence 5drops and another bowl add 3drops.and shape with on top of the cream cake.

Decor with dried rose and freeze it with 2hrs.and cut it into pieces. Rose heart shaped ice cream cake.
