This achar is made without oil or vinegar..
Steps
- 1
Peel, wash and cut 2" long pcs of carrots (Julian).

Add all dry spices and mix well. Salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder and rai.

Now add water. (agr mineral water nahi Hai tou boil kar ke thanda kar lain).

Mix and cover the bowl with net or light cloth for 24 hours.

Now add green chillies, Julian cutting and garlic cut in circles.
- 6
Again mix well and check if need more salt or any spice according to your own taste,you can add more.

Again cover with cloth and put for more 24 hours. Now achar is ready to eat.put in any jar.
