In a big bowl take gramflour add water lemon juice 1 spoon oil mix well like idli batter keep aside for 10 min. Take a steamer add water 2 to 21/2 cup water get it hot.

In dhokla batter add eno mix well in one direction then pour it on grease plate steam for 15-20 min. Then cool it then un mould it on plate and give heart shapes with cutter add tomato sauces.

Decorate as you like on remaining picese add tempering for that in small pan add oil mustard seeds green chillies little water sugar pinch salt boiled add add coriander leaves. Thank you
