  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1chopped carrot
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspcarom seeds
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. as requiredOil water
  12. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  13. as requiredcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Add besan in bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, baking powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and mix well.

    Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, carrot, ginger

    Add water in besan and mix well so that there are no lumps in it.

    Add chopped, onion, tomato, carrot, ginger, coriander leaves and mix well and make batter

    Preheat tawa and greace oil on it.

    Then pour mixture on tawa

  7. 7

    After 1 min flip off chilla. Heat on both sides until its crispy

    Chill is ready. Serve with sauce, Tea
