Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 2-3 tbspfinely chopped onions
  • 2green chillies, chopped
  • 2-3 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tspoil
  • as per taste Salt
  • As per tasteBlack pepper powder for sprinkling on the omellete

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add egg,chopped coriander leaves,chopped onion, chopped green chillies, salt and mix well

    Heat a fry pan or tawa add oil and put the egg mixture and spread it on the pan cook for 2 to 3 mins and flip it and cook the other side too

    Sprinkle some black pepper powder on the omellete, serve with roti or bread
