Egg Omellete

An egg omellete is healthy and quick breakfast .
Steps

In a bowl add egg,chopped coriander leaves,chopped onion, chopped green chillies, salt and mix well
- 2
Heat a fry pan or tawa add oil and put the egg mixture and spread it on the pan cook for 2 to 3 mins and flip it and cook the other side too

Sprinkle some black pepper powder on the omellete, serve with roti or bread
