First washed chopped every veggie finely and mix cornflour and salt and black pepper.

Now mix in a bowl add eggs and beat well. Now heat a pan with oil and pour all batter in the pan and spread on all sides.

Now cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2minutes on slow flame. After one side ready and flip on the plate so easy to turn the side.

Another side also cooks for less than 2 minutes and serves and enjoys with bread chapatti and sauce and chutney.
