Steps

First Take spinach and washed it properly than finely chopped it

Now heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan after that add chopped spinach in it and cook for 15 minutes until it get dry

Now add some salt and mix it well & cook again for two minutes after that remove from the gas and keep aside

Now take grated carrot in a bowl also add boiled & mashed potato chopped green chilli

Also add bhuna jeera powder than mix well and keep aside

Take a tawa and heat butter in it than put bread in it and cook two minutes for one side

Now remove bread from the tawa.take a bread and spread sauce from cooked side than spread potato carrot mixture on it

Now spread cooked spinach on it than spread crushed paneer on it also put tomato slices on it

After that cover with another bread.Heat tawa and put some butter in it than put sandwiches on it

Cook it also from both sides till it get golden brown after that cut the sandwich into pieces and serve hot with tomato sauce.
