3✩ Eggs
1 1/2~ 2 tablespoons Shiro-dashi
3 tbspGreen onions (finely sliced)
1 tbspVegetable oil

Mix the ✩ ingredients first, then add the green onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Turn down the heat to low and start making omelets.
