In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and gram flour, oregano seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, raw mango powder,oil. Mix properly. Add water to knead the dough and add some more oil. Knead well and keep the dough aside to rest for some time.

Now prepare the onion mixture. In a bowl add chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaf, salt, raw mango powder and mix well and keep aside. After some time make small round balls out of the dough and flatten them with the help of a rolling pin. sprinkling the onion mixture and roll it again.

Heat the pan and roast the roti. Apply some ghee and roast it properly both sides.

All this is doing the same process. MISSI ROTI is ready to serve. Its very unique and spicy flavor including raw mango powder makes it's taste so yummy.
