Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan with oil and tempting with nigella seeds first. Frying those chicken pieces with salt for 5-6 minutes both sides properly.

Added ginger garlic paste and 3-4 green chilli splits. stirring it and covered it for 5-6 minutes. Added curd and again stirring it.

When curd mixes with spices & oil came out then added chopped tomatoes n again fried them.... cooked it again with for 10 minutes. Chicken pieces will lil bit soft then added for 1 cup hot water. You can add more water as you prefer.

Blended all greens and green chillis together. Make a paste. Added those into chicken and boiled it for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.

See color was perfect....oil also came out properly. You will get fresh flavor from this. You may served it with Paratha or Fried rice or steamed rice.
