Take a Bowl add soaked sabudana, boiled potato, salt, red chili, chopped onion, chaat masala,mix all ingredients well and make a burger patties, coated it in sooji and it fridge for 10min

Take a grill pan pour some oil now grilled the parties on medium flame till the parties turn crypsy and golden in both side, in same pan now grilled the burger bun same as

Let's make burger, so take the bun, spread mayonise and tomato sauce same as shown as below picture,now place the tomato slice and onion slice on top then placed the patties

Now placed both cheese Sliced and cover on 2nd slice of burger, in same grilled pan agin place the burger and serve hot
