Cashew “cheese sauce”
Cooking Instructions

First of all we must put the nuts into the water for at least 4 hours. Nuts will be soft and for our body better to use. In the picture we can see one para nut. It’s okay. You can use too.

We mix the soft nuts together with salt, pepper, yeast, garlic powder and water. Leave it a few minutes.

Now it’s time for a pan, olive oil and a small onion. Gold onion we mix with mixture from the second step.

The whole mixture with all the ingredients we put back into a pan where was an onion and slowly cook.

On side we melt corn starch in 50ml of water and add in a mixture.

The last step is lemon juice. After it we can serve with anything.
