This dish is a fusion of flavors. It combines Western-style cheese and beef rolls with the taste of Taiwanese beef rolls from soy milk shops. If you have more ingredients at home, adding avocado slices or a fresh salad is also a great choice!

This dish is a fusion of flavors. It combines Western-style cheese and beef rolls with the taste of Taiwanese beef rolls from soy milk shops. If you have more ingredients at home, adding avocado slices or a fresh salad is also a great choice!

Heat a pan and place the store-bought frozen scallion pancake directly into the pan without thawing. Pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are slightly golden brown. Set aside on a plate.

Next, stir-fry the beef slices in the pan for 10-20 seconds, sprinkle with a pinch of white pepper salt, and set aside.

Turn to medium heat, crack the egg into the pan, then place the scallion pancake on top (press and spread the egg). Add the beef slices (spread them out one by one), 1 teaspoon of sweet bean sauce, a little sesame paste, and then place the cheese slices on top.

Finally, roll up the scallion pancake. If it's difficult to roll, use a spatula and chopsticks to help. Once rolled, transfer to a cutting board, slice the beef roll diagonally, and serve. Drizzle with a little soy sauce paste to taste.
