Easy and Cheap Okonomiyaki-style Natto Omlette
There wasn't much food in the fridge so I made this.

Steps

Beat the eggs. Mix in 1 pack of sauce that came with the natto. Add the other pack into the natto and mix.

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over high heat. Pour in the eggs.

After the edges get bubbly, stir the eggs briskly and turn the heat off while the surface is still soft-set. Spread out the natto on the center and wrap.

Serve with sauce and mayonnaise. Also top with bonito flakes and green onions or aonori seaweed.
