Green chutney is mainly used for sandwiches, chaats, khaman-dhokla and many more street food receipes.
Green chutney is flavorful condiments made with green coriander, mint leaves, garlic pod, red chilli and ginger.
Green chutneys has many variations. But here I used jaggery for sweet taste, lemon juice for tanginess and green chilli for spicy taste.

Firstly, wash green coriander leaves and mint.

Take a mixture blender and add coriander leaves,mint leaves, salt, ginger, cumin seeds, roasted Bengal gram and peanuts.

Further mix lemon juice, jaggery, garlic pods and fennel seeds and add little water and blend it.

Now green chutney is ready. Serve it with sandwich, kabab, chaats and many more. Enjoy.
