1 kg raw rice soaked for 12 hours then dried under the fan for 20 minutes and grinded by mixie in normal rice flour, don't by soft powder

Add all ingredients by power

Make the jaggery syrup with 1/ 4 tumbler water completely jaggery get dissolved to add with the rice flour and mix immediately without lumps.. close with the cotton cloths, keep aside for two days.

After two days fry it in the oil. By making center holes... The beautiful athirasam ready
