Take vermicelli and all the ingredients together to prepared sauce. First in a pan add 3 cups water add little oil and 1/2 tsp salt.boil the water add vermicelli boiled for 3-4 minutes or until vermicelli cooked. Strain and washed with cold water.keep aside

In a kadhai add oil heat it fry boiled vermicelli in hot oil on high flame until they turn crispy.transfer in a plate.

In the same oil add chopped garlic and onion saute a minute on high flame.add chopped Vegetables saute 2 minutes on high flame.add all sauce and ketchup.add vinegar, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes.mix nicely cook on high flame for 1 minute.turn off the flame

Take fried vermicelli in a mixing bowl add vegetables sauce mixture in it.mix well.add peanuts and coriander leaves.mix well.serve hot
