Steps

Mix Flour+sugar+salt+oil together and knead them until soft dough and keep it for resting

Knead unipuff in square shape until no lumps left and the colour of unipuff change from yellow to white

Then roll the dough in a square shape place unipuff on it and wrap the dough in wrapping manner and rest the dough for 30 min

Now roll the dough in square manner again and if air bubble arise pinch that side of dough and fold the dough in book manner or overlapp manner and rest it for 30 min

Now again roll the dough and repeat the above step again. Note if you have done book fold in first folding then you have to do only book fold manner in the next folding if you do overlap in next step then the dough will never puff up

After 30 min roll the dough and cut the shapes as you need and eggwash it and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 25 minutes.
