Rice Pudding (Kheer)

Wash and soak rice for 1 hour now grind rice in a mixer with 2 tbsp milk to make a smooth mixter

Now boil the milk and add elaichi powder.

Now add rice mixter and keep stirring on low to medium flame. Cook until rice gets soft and mushy

Now add sugar and powder milk and keep stirring. Cook on medium flame until the kheer thickens.

Add coconut powder and kheer is ready. Garnish it with almonds.
