Oreo Kahlua Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and kahlua. Mix til well combine. Add to prepared baking dish. Bake according to package directions bout 35 minutes or til a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, Kahlua, and hand full of crushed oreos. Beat til combined and fluffy. Fold in 1/4-1/2 tub of cool whip. Mix in a little bit more oreos. Spread mousse mixture evenly over cake. Top with rest of the cool whip. Sprinkle top with the rest of the crushed Oreos.

Heat jar of fudge topping til warm and Drizzle the top of the cake. Serve immediately and Enjoy 😋
