In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, pinch of hing fennel seeds, and grated ginger saute for a minute. Then add sweet corn and green peas and saute for another few seconds.

Now add green chilli and mashed potato and cook it well. Then add turmeric powder red chili powder roasted cumin powder salt dry mango powder garam masala powder roasted peanuts and chopped coriander leaves
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Potato stuffing is ready for kachori. - 3
Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Now prepare rava dough by boiling 2 cups of water 1/4 tsp ajwain 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp oil and pinch of hing.

When the water comes to boil, add rava slowly, stirring constantly. This helps to prevent from any lumps formation and rava absorbed the water.

Cover and simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes or till rava is cooked well. Transfer the rava into a plate and cool slightly.

Once the rava is warm knead well till the rava dough turns soft and smooth. Grease hand with oil and make a small ball size dough.

Flatten slightly and pressing from sides from a cup. Stuff a tbsp of potato stuffing in center. Get the sides together and pinch to seal. Press gently and form a ball flatten slightly.

Heat a pan with oil deep fry the rava Kachori into hot oil. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame till turns golden and crisp.

Finally serve hot rava kachori with tomato ketchup.
