Ingredients

6 person
  • 4 Cupsfull fat milk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 cubescheese(optional)
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour

Steps

    Heat up a pan and add butter to it then allow it to melt down completely. Do all the process on low flame. When butter melt down completely then add all purpose flour and stir well until the rawness of flour goes away then add milk little at a time whisking constantly so that there will be no lump in the mixture. Then add all the milk leaving half a cup and add salt, black pepper powder and nutmeg powder and mix very well. Then add the cheese cubes and stir again. Mix until everything combines.

    Stir it continuously so that it won't stick to the bottom and no lumps should be there. You will notice it will become thicker and thicker as it cooks. Don't make it too thick because it becomes very thick when it cools down. When it starts boiling see the consistency and add the remaining half cup milk and stir well. Allow it to boil and then off the flame.

    Allow it to cool down completely then store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Just make sure to use neat and clean spoon everytime. Make it and store it to make cooking easy.
