Ingredients

  1. 150 gself raising flour
  2. 150 gprestige margarine
  3. 100 gsugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 tsporange flavor

Cooking Instructions

    Cream together margarine and sugar until pale and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add one egg at a time until well combined

  3. 3

    Fold in flour but don't overmix

  4. 4

    Add essence and stir for a minute

  5. 5

    Fold in flour but don't overmix

  6. 6

    Divide them in muffin cups

  7. 7

    Bake at 150 degrees for 20minutes

  8. 8

    Frost using buttercream or whipcream
