1 jar

15surimi sticks
2-3 tablespoonsmayonnaise (homemade is better!)
☆Mayonnaise☆
1 tablespoontomato paste
1 pinchEspelette pepper
a fewdrops of Tabasco
a fewsprigs of chopped parsley

Place the surimi in a food processor and chop finely.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Adjust the seasoning.

Refrigerate for a few hours before enjoying on toasted bread 😋
