Cafe-style Chocolate au Lait

I wanted to drink hot chocolate.
Bitter chocolate will give a mild and sweet finish. It has a lighter taste compared to European chocolate drinks (the ones that taste like you are eating ganache), and is similar to the malt drink "Milo" which is sold in Japan and many other countries. Adjust the chocolate to your liking. Recipe by Anko313

Steps
- 1
Break the chocolate bar into small pieces.
- 2
Put the milk or soy milk in a sauce pan, and add the chocolate (chocolate melts easily, so don't touch it directly with your hands.)
- 3
Stir it slowly over a medium low to low heat until the chocolate melts. Mind it doesn't burn.
- 4
Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into a cup, and it's done.
- 5
It's also great with soy milk.
