This melt in mouth prasad becomes more tastier when it is offered to Mataji and consumed after. Happy Navratri.
Steps

Take three tbsp warm milk. Add three tbsp ghee to it. Mix it thoroughly. Add it to flour abd rub until every thing is mixed properly. This process is called DHABU in Gujarati. Rest the flour for 30 minutes.

Put the flour through metal seive, and seive it uniformly.

In a pan take ghee. Add seived flour. Roast on slow medium flame for 10-12 minutes.

Add water to sugar and make sugar syrup of one string. Add saffron to syrup.

Add this syrup little by little to ghee roasted besan.

Mix it nicely. Add dry fruits and cardamom powder.

Garnish with dry fruits. Serve this prasad with love.
