In a bowl, add the yogurt and sugar. Stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves slightly.

Peel and cut the mango into large pieces. Place the pieces in a blender and blend without adding water. Add the mango puree to the yogurt, reserving a little puree for topping. Whisk the mixture well until smooth.

Pour the lassi into glasses. Top with the reserved mango puree and heavy cream. Garnish with pistachios and mango slices, then serve. Your mango lassi is ready.
