The easiest recipe to make for when the Chinese cravings hit!
Steps

Marinate chicken with soya sauce, salt, black and red pepper for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken and red button chillies until tender. Remove and set aside.

Add oil in a pot. Add garlic paste, ketchup, vinegar, buffalo hot sauce, sugar, 1/2 cup water. Stir well.

When it bubbles, add cornstarch slurry made with 3 tbsp water to thicken gravy.

Add chicken, button red chillies, and onions to pot. Stir. Bring to a boil.

Turn flame off. Serve with fried rice. Enjoy!
