Peel the ridge gourd cut small pieces.

Take a pan add oil,mustard,onions.

Add green chilies fry well.

Add ridge gourd pieces fry well.

Add salt,turmeric. Mix it well.

Cook 5 minutes on medium flame.add eggs and mix well.

Cook 5 minutes on medium flame with cover the lid.

Finally the ridge gourd egg fry ready to serve them.it is a best combination of rice,parota,idly,chapati.
