Steps

Take flowers and clean them.Soak them in a bowl of water with a pinch of salt and turmeric for overnight.

Drain the water in the morning and wash the flowers with cleanwater. Repeat cleaning 2-3 times.Afterwards allow it to pressure cook for two whistles with 1/2 tsp of salt

Now remove the lid and squeeze the flowers properly. Keep it aside. Take a pressure cooker,heat a tbsp of oil and a pinch of asoeftida.Then add chopped onions and cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add tomato paste, 1/2 tsp salt,degi mirch powder,garam masala,amchoor powder and stir it continuously till oil seperatens and then add a tbsp of hang curd and stir it contiously till oil seperatens.

Now add drumstick flower and peas. Stir it continusly for 7 minutes or till oil leaves the surface.

Now add a cup of water and pressure cook for four whistles two on high and two on medium flame. Open the lid afterwards and add crushed kasuri methi.

Drumstick flower masala veggie is ready. Serve it hot by adding a spoon of desi ghee as it tastes betters.
