Ingredients

3 servings

15Scallops (for sashimi)
1 dashSalt and pepper
1★Beaten egg
3 tbsp★White flour
3 tbsp★Water
2 tbsp★Grainy mustard
1Panko

Steps

Season the scallops with salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients marked with a ★. Coat the scallops with this mixture, then cover each with panko.

Spread oil to up to 2 cm in a frying pan. After the oil is heated, place the breaded scallops. When they start to crisp, they're done!
