Tasty ...oh yes fire roasted tomatoes, Chillies and garlic takes the chutney to the next level. Some day if you get Dalle khorsani ( round chill which u get usually in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Bhutan n Nepal ) use that ...but it has more heat than the normal chilli....the momos taste awesome with this chutney.
