This was so easy to put together, a bit of a cheat and also wildly popular! Perfect! I used readymade cherry pie filling instead of fresh cream, and served cream on the side for anyone who wanted it.

Spoon the cherry pie filling onto the pavlova. Top with chopped strawberries and blueberries (be generous). Then sprinkle with icing sugar - ta da! 🎉
