I have use in this smoothie dates and milk powder with strawberry and such of it's taste very good and make us healthy.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the dates and remove seeds.add in a mixing blender.
- 2
Add milk powder or protine powder, milk and blend it with smooth fine paste.
- 3
Add chilled ice cube (it's optional) and serve it with full of protine and nutrition.
