Ingredients

2 glasses
  1. 1small green apple
  2. halfpiece of carrot
  3. 1 tablespoonhoney
  4. 2 oz.syrup (if you like more sweetness)
  5. halfsmall bottle of soymilk (approx. 135 ml.)
  6. halfsmall cup plain yoghurt
  7. 1small glass of crushed ice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the ice into the blender and follow with small pieces of chopped apple and carrot.Then add soymilk,yoghurt and honey.Cover the lid and blend them together until smooth.

    Pour into the glass and enjoy!!!
