Today I made spinach gravy
It very delicious
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean the spinach
Cut the potatoes into pieces
Cut the capsicum - 2
Heat a pan
Add half teaspoon oil
Fry the capsicum - 3
Boil spinach for about 5 mins in water...
Grind green chili and spinach together - 4
Heat a pan
Put oil
When the oil is heated add hing, comin seeds, ginger and all sabut spices
Heat it - 5
Add potatoes, turmeric, Coriander, salt, red chilli and mix it
Cover it and let it get cooked for about 10 mins - 6
Now add spinach gravy to the covered food
add water and capsicum
Boil it - 7
Add garam masala powder once it's boiled

Now serve it or wat it yourself with rice or roti ♡
