  • 100 gms mung dal
  • 4-5 clovesGarlic cloves ,finely chopped
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1green chilli
  • some Coriander leaves
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • Pinchhing
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours.

    Remove its water n add garlic, chilly n ginger n grind it. Don't grind too much.

    Now add all spices n mix well.

    Then fry small crispy Pakoda from this mixture.
