Add Gram Flour in a vessel

Add Salt, turmeric powder

Add water and mix well till a batter consistency is reached

Add Eno and fold the batter in one direction

Take another bowl and grese it with oil or ghee

You can either steam it for 20 -25 mins or bake it at 180 Degree F for 30 mins aprox

Post 20 mins take a knife or toothpick and prick and check if the knife comes out clean

Your Khaman /Dhokla is ready

Prepared the Temperance

Add Oil to a Heated Pan

Add mustard seeds and Curry leaves

Slit the Green Chilies and add it to the oil

Wait till oil comes to boil and all flavors are dissolved in it

Add 1 cup water and add sugar

Take a Boil

Wait till the Temperance is at room temprature

Add the Temperanace

Now wait till the Khaman is at room temprature and then unmould the khaman/dhokla in a plate

Cut the Cake in pieces and then add the temperance on the Khaman/ Dhokla

Khaman is ready to Eat
