Heat the deep pan add water took stand into the water greece the plate with oil take dhokla batter mix it well add eno fruitsalt mix well add into the plate instantly n steam it for 15 min

For tadka heat the the oil add curry leaves mustard seasame seed allow it to crackle then add green chilly sugar lemon juice n water n kept aside

After 15 min turn off the flame of dhokla n spread the tadka over the dhokla ur dhokla us ready to serve.
