In a bowl, add salt,pepper and tumeric

Add cornflour and all purpose flour and water to form a soft dough add 1.5 tablespoon of vegetable oil, knead for about 3-7 minutes then cover to rest for 10 minutes

Knead dough for about 2-3 minutes then roll with rolling pin to form a thin sheet then cut into various shapes and deep fry

Deep fry until golden brown
