Soak the tamarind in 3 cup water for 2 hrs and deseed it.

Then pour this water into a sauce pan and cook for 10 mins.

Now add chilli flakes salt and jaggery (gurr).

Cook till jaggery melts well. Then add the corn flour mixture and keep stirring.

After 5 mins when it become thick, close the flame and let cool.

Then pour in a ln air tight jar and refrigerate for upto 2 weeks. Enjoy with your chaats 😋
