Soak the rice overnight. The next day drains the water and spread the rice on the cloth for half an hour. After that grind it roughly in the grinder. Keep it aside. Boil the milk. Add freshly grounded rice flour spoon by spoon. Stir it continuously. Keep boiling on low flame. Add saffron. Mix it well.

Add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg powder. Add chopped dry nuts too. Mix it well. Stir it continuously.

Once it is cool, pour it into earthen glasses. Bring it to room temperature. Keep it in the fridge overnight. Serve chilled.
