1/2 cupwheat flour
2 cupwater
1/2 cupGhee
1 cupsugar
1/2 tspcardamom
Pinchred food color
as requiredCashew,badam nuts

Take big non- stick kadai melt ghee add wheat flour fry 2 to 3 minutes

Take another pan Heat water when bubbles come

Mix water with ghee,flour 5 minutes cook and stir it

Add sugar and mix well

Add food color

Finally fry cashews mix with halwa

Halwa is ready to serve
